workout which is just perfect for busy women.
Skipping rope
This is not an easy but it also funny also. When you wake up
in the morning, and then start with skipping as it is a good exercise. Through
it, you will be able to lose weight and also get a fit body. At first, try to
go for twenty to thirty skipping and then increase slowly. This is because you
will feel pain at the beginning, but after two-three days it becomes routine.
Pushup
Yes, this one is great because it will make your arms
stronger plus your chest appears significant. Due to this exercise, your
pictorial muscles become high. Besides this, this task is tough at first, and
that’s why you should take help of the bed corners. You can do a pushup on your
knees as it will a quite easier to do on knees. Besides this, it is also known
as girl’s pushup.
Push up wall
This one is easy to do at home plus no equipment is required
for this exercise. All you have to do it to just stand in front of the walls
and then place your palms on it. Then try to do push up by standing straight in
front of the wall. Try to go for five to six rounds and do it thrice a week.
This will make your body lean and good looking.
Kick and squat
This exercise is good if you really have pain in your back.
For doing squat, stand straight, but your feet’s should be widespread. Keep
your hands behind your head and then bend your knees slowly. Stay in that
position as long as you can and then again stand straight. On the contrary, a
kick is very easy to do as just start kicking in the air but make sure that
your legs will be high in the air.
Crunches
This one is for those who want to make their belly flat and
sexy. At first, it is advisable to take help because you will not be able to do
it alone. For doing this, lie on your back straight and then start raising
upper body part. Make sure that one person is holding you’re both the knees
while doing this. Do for some rounds, and you will see good results within two
weeks.

your lots of time and money. As working women, it is important to take care of
your health. Also, you can do this alone and best exercise for your free time.
Also, you don’t need to do its daily as doing this few times in a week.
